Clench and then release each muscle from your toes up your legs to your thighs, your midsection, your shoulders, arms neck and head. Soften your jaw and relax the muscles in your face. Sink into the experience, and when the chaotic thoughts of the ‘monkey mind’ threaten to disturb the stillness, gently bring your attention back to your breath.
